About
The Pace You Keep
Not the sprint. Not the personal best. The rhythm you return to when nobody's watching.
Kadence takes its name from cadence, the rhythm a body settles into once thought drops out. Most runners land near 170-180 steps per minute, regardless of pace. That's the whole argument we're built on: not the sprint, not the personal best, the pace you keep.
We're not chasing a faster version of you. We're building for the ones who train because it's Tuesday, not because it's photogenic: the sessions nobody claps for, the reps that don't make the highlight reel. Show up. Hold the pace. Repeat.
Cut from West Australian ground: ochre dirt, sandstone, bush trail, gorge water. Kadence started because a few of us kept training together after the motivation ran out. That's still the whole point: the people who turn up, the pace that outlasts the excuse not to.
