Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to three business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally occurs within two to eight business days depending on your location.
For orders weighing up to 500 grams, a flat shipping rate of A$9.95 applies. Orders weighing over 500 grams and up to two kilograms are charged a flat rate of A$14.95. Orders exceeding two kilograms and up to five kilograms are charged A$19.95.
KADENCE offers free domestic shipping on all Australian orders valued at A$120 or more.
International Shipping
KADENCE ships internationally using Australia Post Economy Air. Shipping costs vary based on destination region and parcel weight.
Orders shipped to New Zealand are charged A$18.95 for parcels up to 500 grams and A$27.95 for parcels over 500 grams and up to one kilogram.
Orders to the Asia Pacific region are charged A$24.95 for parcels up to 500 grams and A$34.95 for parcels over 500 grams and up to one kilogram.
Orders to the United States and Canada are charged A$27.95 for parcels up to 500 grams and A$39.95 for parcels over 500 grams and up to one kilogram.
Orders to the United Kingdom and Europe are charged A$29.95 for parcels up to 500 grams and A$44.95 for parcels over 500 grams and up to one kilogram.
Orders to all other international destinations are charged A$32.95 for parcels up to 500 grams and A$49.95 for parcels over 500 grams and up to one kilogram.
KADENCE offers free international shipping on all orders valued at A$200 AUD or more. International delivery times vary by destination; please allow between seven and twenty-one business days for delivery after dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped within one to three business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. KADENCE is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs processing.
